Scrapen.ai provides an AI-powered SaaS platform that allows users to extract, analyze, and generate text content automatically. The Service is provided for professional and business use only. The Service includes: • A built-in scraping system enabling data extraction from public web pages. • AI-based text generation and customizable templates for automated writing. Scrapen.ai does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of generated or extracted content. ⚠️ Important notice regarding scraping activities: The scraping tool is provided for lawful and ethical data extraction purposes only. Users are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable laws. We do not monitor, control, or validate the targets or content scraped by users.

Using Scrapen.ai requires an Internet connection and, in some cases, a user account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all actions performed under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access in the event of misuse or breach of these Terms.

All software, design, code, logos, and trademarks on Scrapen.ai are owned by us or our partners. Unauthorized use, duplication, or redistribution is prohibited. The text generated or scraped by users belongs to them, provided it respects the law and these Terms.

You agree not to use Scrapen.ai to: • Scrape websites in violation of their robots.txt, Terms of Service, or applicable laws. • Extract personal data without a legal basis under the GDPR. • Create or distribute illegal, hateful, violent, defamatory, or infringing content. • Attempt to reverse-engineer or overload the platform infrastructure. Violation of these rules may lead to suspension or permanent termination of your account.

Scrapen.ai complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We collect and process minimal personal data solely to operate and improve the Service. You have the right to access, correct, delete, or transfer your data by contacting info@scrapenai.com.

Scrapen.ai uses cookies for website functionality, analytics, and improving user experience. You can manage your cookie preferences at any time through your browser or the cookie banner.

Certain features require payment. All prices are listed in EUR, and payments are handled via secure providers (e.g., Stripe). Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled prior to the renewal date. Payments are non-refundable once the billing period has started, except where required by law. Usage-based credits or generation quotas are non-transferable and non-refundable.

Scrapen.ai provides its Service "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Scrapen.ai shall not be held liable for: • The legality of websites or data scraped by users. • Damages, losses, or claims resulting from the use or misuse of the scraping tool. • Any interruption, error, or data loss. In no event shall Scrapen.ai's total liability exceed the amount paid by the user in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Scrapen.ai may use external APIs or tools (e.g., OpenAI, Claude or Google) for content generation or extraction. We are not responsible for the policies or behavior of these third parties.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service in case of violation of these Terms. Upon termination, access to your projects and data may be permanently removed. Users are responsible for exporting or backing up their data before termination.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws applicable to the entity operating Scrapen.ai. Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts where the operating entity is legally registered.

Scrapen.ai shall not be liable for any failure or delay resulting from events beyond its reasonable control, including server outages, third-party API interruptions, regulatory changes, cyberattacks, natural disasters, or force majeure events.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
